Μια Βράδι στο Αγνώντα
Agnondas vises ofte her,
- jeg drar ikke til Agnondas for å bade, jeg drar dit for å nyte! Nyte stedet i seg selv, havet, livet på og i sjøen, ofte for å møte gode venner - fergene kommer jo ofte inn her hvis det er urolig vær -, måltider med gode venner, og sist men ikke minst "skymningen" og solnedgangen! Om sommeren går solen ned over åsen til venstre, men vår og høst kan du se den forsvinne rett uti her!
Agnondas is often represented 
here, - I do not go to Agnondas to swim, I go there to enjoy! Enjoy the place, the sea, movement on the water, often to meet good friends - if we have rough weather the ferries goes in here - lovely meals with good friends, and list but not last the sunset and the end of the day! In the summer the sun disappears behind the hill to the right,
but spring and autumn it disappears
just outside here!

Vi har lavet "Smell-Bon-Boner" - eller hva de nå heter, se foto!
Hva man ikke får kjøpt, - kan man lave!
De "stipene" inni som laver smellet fant en venninde på e-bay!

Danske nisser ville sette verdensrekord

1300 Nisser i Kalundborg løp 6 km. Nisseløp for å komme i Guinness Book of Records.
De samlet inn utrolig mye penger, men kunne ikke slå Liverpool som samlet 4000 Nisser på en gang!

Jeg har TVn på
i bakgrunden og følger spesielt med på matprogrammene.
Akkurat nå laver de et lammelår i "saltpakke", ser så spennende ut.
Hele låret blir pakket inn i en deig av 2 kg. mel, 2 kilo grovt salt, ferkse urter og vann.
Det skal også saltes og peppres.
Det skal stå 3,5 - 4 timer i ovenen på bare 160°, det så bare så lekkert ut.
Når det taes ut er skallet hardt, og man skjærer seg inn langs sidene og fjerner det. Kjøttet er da så mørt og fint, samt at det har beholdt all fuktigheten.
I oppskriften står det bl.a.;

1300 Santas in Kalundborg, Denmark, had a "Santa-Run" in order to get into Guinness Book of Records. They did not manage to beet Liverpool, - there once it was 4000 Santas out running!

on in the background and look a lot on the food programs.
Just now they are making a of leg of lamb rapped in a "salt-package", looks so interesting. The whole leg is rapped in in
a dough of 2 kg. flour, 2 kg. coarse
(was that right for the salt that is not fine?) salt, fresh herbs and water. Some salt and pepper on the leg. 3,5 - 4 hours in the oven at 160°, looked delicious! The "shell" is very hard when it is ready, one cuts along the sides to get rid of it, the smell is fantastic, the meet has kept all the moisture.
