they are mostly reliable, but get his card, just in case!

The taxies of Skopelos should all have a taximeter and
they must give you a receipt. It costs extra if you call for a taxi.
It is more expensive after 2300 hrs.

You may rent a car or a bike,
but make sure you get with full insurance!
It is lovely to drive around the countryside in your own
speed,
not thinking of the time!
